Need a Hi Performance VW mechanic

Post by JRLNJ »

Can anyone recommend a mechanic experienced with Weber carbs on High
Performance VWs? I have a friend with a high quality 356 replica who needs some fine tuning on his Webers.
Thanks,
Ray

Quattrohaus in Newark, Jose and Louie (owners) do rally racing but know their cars. They specialize in VW and Porsches, old and new. Give them a call...

You could try Eggington's in Plainfield. VW specialist for as I can remember (back to the 70's at least).

Jeff, you're thinking of Foreign Car Werks. Never used them myself, as I don't own a VW, but they seem to hold a show & shine about every six months that overflows the road and lot across the street.

You can consider Dave Graham at the Oldwick Villiage Garage. The first time I met him he was tuning a multiple-weber setup on a Ferrari.
