Autox in 2021?

Post by angelogts »

Hi all,
Anyone know whether the club is planning on hosting autox in 2021? I didn't see anything in the website.
Thanks!

My son is looking to attend his first AutoX but he doesn't have a Snell 2015 helmet. Can he use a DOT approved helmet, I don't want him to spend hundreds on a helmet in the event he only wants to auto once or twice. I also have a Snell Shoei Motorcycle helmet I bought 2 years ago, but it just says Snell approved with no date. Will that work? Thanks

We have 2 problems this year: we have loaners, but only a few. In addition, due to COVID we are obliged to not have them shared, so it will be first come, and only you can use it for that event.

We will make a determination by 8am on site tomorrow. We are hoping to get a few dry runs for everybody, but bring an umbrella anyway.
Any changes, if any, will be posted on this forum and motorsport.reg
