Selling one of the best cars I've ever owned. Moving on to other things.

2005 BMW 330i 4-door sedan Performance Package (ZHP)
TiAg (Titanium Silver) /Alcantara; S/N: KM08602
82,000 miles
Located in Essex County, NJ
Price: $14,000.

Clean Title, 2nd owner.
Bought CPO’d in Nov 2007 from Union BMW in DE.

Features/Options:
• 6 speed manual transmission
• Cold Weather Package
• Xenon lights
• Folding rear seats
• Harmon Kardon Stereo
• Silver Trim
• Auto wipers

Accessories/modifications:
• BMW Bluetooth system
• Aux input to radio
• Leather steering wheel (original Alcantara wheel in excellent condition, comes with car)
• Clear bra on bumper and hood
• Dinan camber plates in front (with alignment)
• BMW strut bar
• Pagid S front pads
• Full size spare
• Driver side wide angle mirror
• UUC transmission mounts

Condition:
• Excellent mechanical condition.
• The Interior is in very good condition, minimal wear on the bolsters. No sagging headliner or other issues.
• Minor sun fading on rear deck (typical for E46s).
• Exterior paint in very good condition. Minor scratches and a couple dings.
• Rear trunk could use minor paintless dent removal (walnuts from parking under a tree once).
• Generally a very good condition, well kept, above average ~9 year old car.
• Minor pad deposits/rust on front rotors causing thickness variation and minor pedal pulsing on very light braking.
• Headlight covers have started to fade.
• Wheels have typical rash to expect from NJ roads, but otherwise in good shape.

Comes with:
• Koni Street Struts, off the car (I was going to install them over winter).
• Snow wheels and tire set (17x7.5 style M68, with 225/45 Dunlop Wintersport M3)
• Original space saver spare tire and plastic cover
• CPO Window sticker
• Original Alcantara steering wheel (in great condition)
• Rear Pagid Pads (not installed)

Recent Maintenance/Repairs:
• All maintenance up to date including all fluids. “Old school fluids” change with oil every ~7k miles.
• Thermostat and coolant changed ~4 years ago. It's probably due in next 2 years for full overhaul (rad/exp tank, water pump). If I were to keep it, I'd do it in the spring time in prep for the hotter weather next year and piece of mind.
• Recent right front window motor regulator, including vapor barrier
• Michelin Pilot Sport PSS (~3k miles old)
• Rear light recall
• On its 3rd set of LCABs and 2nd set of LCAs (~10k miles old each)
• Full maintenance/service history from new (although prior owner report is a dealer printout summary).

A summary history of the regular maintenance during my ownership:

I love the car. It’s the most balanced BMW I’ve ever owned in terms of practicality, driving feel and pleasure, size, handling. It really does everything well.

If you've been to autocrosses ~'09-'12 time frame I was #77. Car also has 1 driver school in October '13 under its belt.

Would prefer it goes to a local club member.
