How often are you supposed to change the cabin air filters?

We change them every 30,000 miles, but I guess it has to do with where the car is driven. Some, at 30k, come out very dirty and some not. What does the manual say?

I couldn't find it in the manual. The post on the E38 forum suggests once a year or 15,000 miles. The link is below.

Well, there you go. Bentley has a manual (rb.com) I'd ask them before us.

I haven't been able to find the cabin air filter in my E28 or my E30  , however, I just changed filter in my Wife's 4Runner at 30k miles and it was black and full of junk. I will be changing it every 15k from now on.
