e30 Manual Trans Swap - Need Parts

Hey - I'm posting for a fellow car guy who has an e30. I'm working on getting him to join the BMW CCA, but he's not quite there yet. He got his hands on a clean e30 last year, but hasn't done anything with it. It's an automatic, and he's looking to do a manual swap. Odds are, we'll see a track ready car when he's done, as he's a committed SCCA member.

Anyway, he's looking for everything, and asked me to keep an eye/ear out for him. He'll need the transmission, clutch, pedals, etc. If anyone has any leads, please let me know. I'd like to see him get this car built, and bring him over to the "dark side".

Wants to do a trans conversion, wants help of CCA members, but won't spend $42 to join the club?

In my estimation the FIRST thing he should do is join this awesome community and then tackle the job. The knowledge and passion of our club is amazing.

I didn't say "won't".... he hasn't yet. He wasn't ever much of a BMW guy until one fell in his lap. Truth be told, he's a Corvette guy, so this is all new territory for him. I've been on him for years to come on over, and now that he's got the car, and the interest, it's just a matter of time.
