24 Heures du Mans 2010

Post by MTROIS »

First qualifying session took place yesterday: the three Peugeots are ahead of the Audis in the LMP1 / overall.

The two M3s, # 78 and 79, are 45 and 46 overall and 10 and 11th in the GT2 group... alittle off the pace from the Ferrari Rizi # 82. Let's hope they will do a little better during the next session.

Looks like the #79 "Art Car" is out of contention for the GT2 win (tire problem that caused some damage).

The #78 is 37 overall... not doing great so far.

24 hours is a long time. As long as they're running at this point, let see what happens.

Gone but not forgotten- 2008 E90 M3, 1991 325iX, 1989 325i, 2015 M235i Cabrio, 2019 Miata RF

I agree, 24 hours is long... but there is a LOT of competition in GT2: Risi Ferraris, Corvettes and Porsches....

Looks like mission impossible right now but we will see tomorrow morning around 9AM what the standings are.
