Garage floor paint job complete. I'm now looking for some pads to place under both the wheels (temperature shield) and engine block (oil / grease). Cleaned the floor again with Simple Green HD Pro. Simple Green rcmnded adding baking soda. Why? Could be a challenge getting the lowers / undercarriage with a brush. Do car washes still do under car clean?

Trying to clean the block after years of grime and fluid leaks, and would like to wash the block. Hasn't been done in 10 years. Any advice? Anything to avoid? Power wash? Or just use sponge with soap and hose to rinse?

Any experience with replacing floor mats? BMW has no more for E39, and the alternatives are several.

I've been a member since 1979. The fact that you wouldn't let me participate tonite because I didn't / couldn't get a renwal membership card on time is absurd. I'm buying an Audi, and the club admins can go f**ck them selves.
