Re: Need good detailer

my pension is the 1/4 of my salary, because I was only with the State for 18 years. Luckily my car is paid for.

Re: Need good detailer

thanks Keith, but my car is now 5 years old, and I have no intention of buying a new one, since I'm going to retire in 5 months, that will cut my income to 1/4 of what I have now.

Need good detailer

Can anyone recommend a good detailer? My car has a lot of pin point little nicks. Preferably in Central Jersey.

What about the VDC visit in Port Newark, which is usually in January. Were we not invited this year?

Re: Brake question for F10

I was not aware I needed the brakes, but BMW put them on the rear, when I took my car in for an oil change. Of course I didn't have to pay, the car isn't old enough I was just curious, since it was very unusual.

Re: Radar Detectors

the escort sounded very good, especially the stealth feature, however, when I saw the 1999.00 price tag, it took my breath away. Since getting my license pulled for speeding would cost me my job, I am still thinking about it, but Ray thinks, I should just slow down, hahahahahahaha.

Re: Radar Detectors

thank you for all your valuable input. I drive the turnpike every day, and I must say, since my car looks like an old lady Buick, I don't get targeted as much as I did with my red ZHP, even though my speeds have if anything increased.

Re: Radar Detectors

every time I send it back to them they charge. I don't like them anymore. I was under the impression there were better radar detectors out there.

Radar Detectors

Does anyone know of a better radar detector than V1? this thing seems to go off near any Audi, Mercedes and Volkswagen.

So far it's Ray's car, but lets face it. I need the rocket ship, not he.
