FS: 2007 BMW Z4 Coupe 6MT Dual Duty

Post by danielim »

2007 BMW Z4 3.0si coupe 6MT - 76,xxx miles
- Titanium Silver on Dream Red
- Premium & Sport Packages (xenon, navi, auto dim, sport mode BMW assist)
(More pictures and complete list of modifications here: http://www.zpost.com/forums/bpgarage.ph ... ew&id=2755)

3.0 liter N52 motor (one of last NA i6 produced by BMW). Single owner car, religiously maintained over its life. Started out as weekend car for the first 4 years and then slowly converted to a DE track car. Car is street legal, will pass emissions and quite comfortable. I have driven as far south as VIR and north as the Glen from NJ. Not a single CEL, airbag, etc. light on dashboard. Full interior minus factory seats remain (cold AC, radio, navi, airbags, 3 point seat belts). Car is only driven to/from track so the mileage shouldn't vary much from where it currently is. Despite the mileage, motor pulls strong and I'm almost certain you won't find another N52 (street or track car) in this good of health. Car bumper was tapped in a parking incident, had insurance pay for new rear bumper and was painted at BMW certified collision shop. Not in hurry to sell but if you're interested please email me 3002tii@gmail.com. I have nearly $20k in modifications but I'm asking $22,000 OBO. If you don't like the price, shoot me an offer.

Exterior is a 9/10 -- track car that could pass for a show car after a nice detail. Paint is in great shape, windshield has few chips all of which were repaired by Safetlite. Car is mechanically sound, never money shifted and meticulously maintained. Clutch is still good since BMW replaced it under warranty. Last Blackstone oil analysis done at 75,000 miles and showed clean bill of health. Pictures below show Apex 17" wheels but car will come with OEM Style 197's with Pirelli snows (Apex + NT01's can be available for additional $750). Car weighed 3023lbs after rollbar was installed. I have a a folder full of service records & receipts that document the following:

Regular maintenance includes:
  • Full synthetic oil change every 5k or 3 DE weekends
    Wiper blades every season
    Air filter every 10k
    Cabin filter every 15k
    Brake flush once per season
    Differential flush every 15k
Manual (lifetime) transmission flush every 35k
    Spark plugs at 60k
Preventive maintenance in the last 20k:

(Only OEM parts used)
  • Coil packs
    Alternator
Water pump, thermostat, oil filter housing gasket
    Front control arm bushings
    Rear trailing arm bushings
    Valve cover & valvetronic gaskets
    Eccentric shaft sensor
    DISA valve (exterior)
    Rear O2 sensors (both)
    Vanos solenoids (intake & exhaust)
Things replaced under Warranty:
  • Valve lifters
    Clutch replacement

Major modifications all of which were professionally installed:
  • - BMW Performance Aero trim (bumper, rockers, CF spoiler)
    - Active Autowerkes flash
    - Dinan big bore throttle body
    - Supersprint headers
    - 3" mandrel bent ss exhaust w/ high flow cat (Burns, Vibrant, Magnaflow)
    - MFactory 1.5 way 3.73 LSD
    - 2 Recaro Pole Positions in Jersey Red
    - Schroth 6pt 3" harnesses (good till 2018)
    - Custom half cage (welded)
    - PFC-08 (track) / Textar (street)
    - Bimmerworld brake cooling w/ 3" hoses
    - TC Kline D/A with 400#/500#
    - Ground-Control Hybrid camber plates
    - H&R adjustable front sway bar
    - BMW Performance strut bar (with E46 strut reinforcement plates)
    - AutoSolutions short shifter kit
    - Bimmerworld Group-N motor mounts
    - GLS TopStud 82mm class 12.9mm studs
Video of exhaust start up (has gotten even quieter since I switched over to a Magnaflow and added a high flow cat)

Bump, price lowered!

Switched from AST 4100 & Vorshlag plates to TCK DA's & GC hybrid plates. Just put in new fluids (oil change, trans, diff and brake flush). Car is good to go for the new season. Next event is 5/21 LRP with Patroon, come check it out then :)

I'm not in the market, but I've gotta ask since I saw your pictures... Did you used to have a Laguna Seca Blue e46 M3 convertible? (or at least I think it was that color). I remember seeing the "DSC OFF" license plate on Route 80 near the GSP once several years ago, and really digging the it...
