BMW M Track Days event is in our area!

I attended it last week, and had a blast. You get an opportunity to put the BMW ///M models to task on track during a free half-day driving session behind the wheel of: M2, M3, M4 ZCP, M5. And if driving BMW's finest with no limits isn't incentive enough, you should know BMW M Track Days is completely free - meaning the only thing it will cost you is your sanity when you realize you can't drive like this every day.

There are still open slots for this Wednesday and Thursday.
Hurry, space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
To sign-up, go here:
https://mtrackdays.bmwusa.com/

Did I mention that BMW NA rented out LRP for 7 full days so that you can go out and test drive ///M cars for free on track?

Semi-detailed review of my experience is here:

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but are M track days not free anymore? I followed the link to the registration page, and it seems they're $250 now. Did you have to go through any secret channels to register? Monticello seems nice and close too.

Thanks,
Vlad

Vlad,
Good question - do you have a link to the 2017 M track days site that quotes $250?
At that price point, I would rather sign up for a 1-day DE and actually learn something, not just burn BMW NA rubber.

I remember hearing that this year's events will be focused on 2-series non-M cars, but not sure.

The same link you gave still works.

When you pick a track and a date, it asks for $250 - all tracks seem to have the same fee. I have the same feeling - free would have been a no-brainer, but for that much I''m thinking about DE instead. I might give them a call to see if there's at least a discount for CCA folks.
