It is going to be a hot day, so come prepared. Water, sunscreen, & a hat. Don't forget to bring lunch.

It was hot today! Usually on days like this, the best runs are over before noon, and everything gets greasy and slower after that. But not today! I kept finding more grip on each run, until I finally put it all together.
