Is It OK to sell parts at the next Auto X? Cleaning Garage.

Post by TimCircleBMW »

I have a TON of new and used parts that will benefit the people that attend the autocrosses. Mostly E30 stuff. New filters, gaskets, etc.. Just stuff that has accumulated over the past few years. I just wanted to get permission first before I pull up and start selling out the back of my car.. WE DO however need a good swap meet day.. If I had any organizational skills, I would do it... But I dont... Please advise... Tim

Curses! Foiled again!

As Tim now knows, we don't object to members bringing stuff for sale as long as it's personally owned and doesn't interfere with the event. He'll be there Sunday if he wants to be.

On the other hand, we would expect someone who is running a business of selling things to support the club. So, this policy does not apply to vendors, who must get permission and work something out with us (through the business manager).

Tim,

What I really need is a droid who understands the binary language of moisture vaporators. Do you have any of those?

Unfortunately, all we have are a bunch of E30s with bad motivators.

I will also have a bin full of 18 years of misc parts that will be a Free grab bag.. Intake gaskets, exhaust gaskets, poly bushings, etc.. Bring your Laptop with REAL OEM to check part #s. Most are not marked with what cars the parts fit. See you soon.. Tim
