I'm working on a sagging rear suspension. It got new lowering springs front and back years ago but after the swap, the rear is much lower than the front. The rear sags low. The tailpipe is about 4" from the ground. The tailpipe will hit the road if I go over a shallow pothole.

How do I tell if the car has a leveling system or not? Is it in the VIN?

I looked up parts and it appears the rear leveling system has added upper insulators and shims. Is that correct? The non leveling system doesn't have these parts?
