Looking at 95 M3 - emissions question!

I'm looking at a 95 M3 out of CT. It is slightly modified with a TRM chip, 540 MAF and 24 lb injectors. It does pass CT emissions, which is 25 minutes at 25% engine load. The sheet says the engine RPM was at 1865.

The readings were this:

• HC: 100ppm
  CO: 0.22%
  NOx: 655ppm

Now I know that NJ does a idle test and a high idle test. What do those consist of and what are the limits for each of the readings?

Do you guys think this car will pass NJ emissions?

I'll call up some inspection stations on a weekday, but I'm hoping some BMWCCA guys can help me out before then!
