Insert front bumper

I have a 2001 530 and I have a European license plate and holder that I would like to mount. Question does anybody have the insert that is used when you remove the front plate holder. My color is Steel Blau, any color will do. Or is there something else that will do? Thank you for any help.

Not sure which one you need but here is a pic from RealOEM (with a build date of June 2001, Euro car):
I think you need #3 which can be ordered either primed or painted (at 3X the price!). Part number primed 51117005974 and painted 51110021326 to whcih you'll need to add the peint code.

Thank you for the information, item 3 is exactly what i need. i was hoping to find a used one somewhere that i could have repainted myself. if i can't i will try and make something to fit. thanks again.
