Agree. Don (Mr. M Car) is located in Farmingdale, NJ which is a straight shot down I-195 from Hightstown. I also will make the trek up to Eurosport of Westfield for some things and have been extremely pleased with their work as well.

I live in East Windsor, and one of my friends, who is also a clubmember, plus works for a major BMW dealer does also work independently. Contact me and I will give you his name and number.

I live in freehold. Which isn't far from you.
As well I have a 89 535i. I can pretty much help you with any issue you may have going on. As well can put you in the hands of a good mechanic which also isn't far.

Just send me a pm when your all settled in and want some help.

Given that you'll be in Hightstown, I'd also look at Tony at City Auto Center in Hightstown. Great guy, fair prices, specializes in BMW. He did all the work on my previous E36 M3 and I recommend him highly.
