I can see the class-action suit now: Unintended Ejection!

"NHTSA is investigating reports of a software glitch causing one or more doors to open when the engine-control computer senses extreme steering angle simultaneously with large throttle angle. Drivers have reported that shutting the vehicle off, shifting to neutral or depressing the clutch has no effect. One motorist reported that 'The car seemed possessed and actually tried to roll over me!'"
