Work on precise lap-to-lap consistency, hitting every apex on every lap, before you start increasing your speed. Don’t expect to speed up, as you were, and get the same result as the previous lap.
Your side-to-side head movements, and leaning into the turns with your shoulders, are clear signs that you are not looking nearly far enough ahead.
And you seem to be struggling through some turns. I'd rather see you relaxed and looking through to the track-out-point and beyond.
With more practice, you’ll see that your missed-apex on that turn required more steering input and less throttle than usual, in order to hit the same track-out point cleanly.
Once you put a couple of wheels off, your hand movements are too slow to save yourself. Skid-pad practice, over and over, will help you to develop the necessary control reflexes.
Don’t get discouraged: Be patient, be precise, look ahead, repeat.
And thanks for the opportunity to do some armchair-instructing!
