.12mA is virtually zero in terms of current draw in vehicle , do you mean .12Amps or 12mA (.012Amps). your car should be no more than .030-.050Amps (30-50mA). Make sure you are testing after 30-45 minutes of your car locked and sleeping.

Measure at the filler cap and specs for your car is 16mBar(Actual BMW spec for M54 engines), there is a 10% allowance either +/- but should be close. converted to inches of vacuum puts spec closer to 6. Is it possible the same change over valve broke on yours (like it did on Bruce's)? it's a possibility and really wouldn't know unless you heard any abnormal noises before it failed (if indeed did). it's possible the broken piece could of "passed" , or you have a failing coil which is quite common on...
