04 BMW 745 Li (7 Series) E65/E66 Headlights looking dull

Polished headlights real nice and came out clean. Although the inside of the plastic covers seems to have slight condensation, oxidation (something that makes them hazy).

Can these plastic covers come off? If so, then they can be cleaned properly (inside). Are the units sealed?

Please advise?

Another Question

Boy, You guys & gals are very helpful. I have 18" wheels with Bridgestone Turanza. I then purchased 19" wheels and new tires. This all started because of the new rims and tires. As I mentioned in my post, I have heard about them from reading the post on this website or possibly another website. That is all.
