Looking to attend the Oct 3 AutoX, the classification webpage doesn’t have 2021 models yet. Any ideas what to classify a 2021 M3?
Been about 10yrs since my last AutoX with BMWCCA, need to see if I remember how to do this.

Bingo! Looks like the Triumph is right. Thanks a bunch!MrMCoupe wrote:It looks like a Triumph TR2-3 rear. I would have though Jaguar but that upwards facing plug looks more like Triumph.

Non BMW Diff Help
Father is re-building a Daimler Dart - if you know what that is... brownie points for you! Anyway. We are trying to determine what make the rear-axle that is currently on the car is. It's non-original. Best guess so far is a Chrysler Dana type. Anyone have any ideas? We need to figure it out s...

Re: Ball for BMW watched
I've owned a BALL Aviator for probably 6 years. Never had any issues with it, keeps time just fine. The best part is the lume that is always on, never needs to be charged, just always bright so I can see the time without any issues at night. As for the BMW branded versions, I haven't seen a model I ...

Old Service Records? Can they be retrieved?
So.. I picked up an '01 M5 a couple weeks back after nearly 5 years without an ///M The previous owner told me that some substantial work had been done on it at a dealership before he originally bought it but couldn't provide the receipts. (Vanos work, rod bearing etc). Is there a way to pull this d...

Re: Instructors - Disclosure for life insurance
I work at Prudential, so when I write a life policy with driving avocations it doesn't make a difference if you are an instructor or driving the car. If you are in the car, it's all the same. We look at how often you are racing, what type of racing it is (drag, paved, dirt etc), who organizes the ev...

Loooking for X3/X5 Lease Takeover
Hey Folks, Figured I would give a shot here before heading to the dealer. If anyone is looking to get out of their X3 lease (or even X5 depending), feel free to send me a message. Would prefer not to sign a new 36 month lease w/ down payment etc, so am trying to find something more short term. Heate...

Thanks for the feedback, I know it's pricey and unfortunately I need a loaner car anytime I get a service done, so my options are limited. Bottom line is that it's reccommended to be done, so CPO did not require it to be done when they sold the car. Would have been nice to get a heads up though when...

Dropped car off for service - question for you folks
I dropped off my CPO '09 328 for service this morning at Prestige in Ramsey and they told me that it needs coolant change and power steering fluid change..... which I don't have a problem with. The issue is this: They told me that those should be changed every 3 years, now I bought my car 3 months a...
